Description	The experiment was based on a field experimental station in Žabčice with 3 varieties of winter wheat with contrasting morphology under optimal growth stages . This area (Žabčice) is located in a warm area with prevailing continental climate , with average annual rainfall of 482 mm and an average annual temperature of 9.3 ° C. The field trial with testing various growth regulators in winter wheat was founded in 2013. In this experiment these growth regulators were applied: Retacel extra R68 (chlormequat chloride 720 g/l), Moddus (trinexapac-ethyl 250 g/l), Cerone (ethephon 480 g/l), Amistar (strobulirin 250g/l).These established growth regulators were applied at different stages and in various doses per hectare. The aim of the experiment is to determine the impact of these pesticides on the growth, development and yield of winter wheat. Results of field experiments can significantly contribute to mitigating the impact of drought on yield formation and quality of winter wheat production in the implementation of the biological potential of varieties. (en) Experiment bol založený na poľnej pokusnej stanici v Žabčiciach s 3 odrodami ozimnej pšenice s kontrastnou morfológiou v optimálnych rastových fázach. Táto oblasť (Žabčice) leží v teplej oblasti s prevažujúcou kontinentálnou klímou, s priemerným ročným úhrnom zrážok 482 mm a priemernou ročnou teplotou 9,3°C. V roku 2013 bol založený poľný pokus, kde sú skúšané rôzne regulátory rastu v pšenici ozimnej. V tomto pokuse sú aplikované regulátory rastu: Retacel extra R68 (chlormequat chloride 720 g/l), Moddus (trinexapac-ethyl 250 g/l), Cerone (ethephon 480g/l), Amistar (strobulirín 250g/l). Tieto zavedené regulátory sú aplikované v rôznych vývojových fázach a dávkach na hektár. Cieľom pokusu je zistiť vplyv týchto pesticídov na rast, vývoj a výnos pšenici ozimnej. Výsledky poľných pokusov môžu významne prispieť k zmierneniu dopadu sucha na tvorbu výnosu a kvalitu produkcie ozimnej pšenici pri realizácii biologického potenciálu odrôd.
