Description
  • Objective of this research was monitored effect of barn microclimate and stage of lactation on composition and qualitative parameters of individual milk samples. During the period of 28 February 2012 to 31 July 2012 were analyzed 26 individual milk samples from yield control (sampled once a month) obtained in herd of Czech Fleckvieh cows from Moravian farm GenAGRO Říčany, a.s. (GPS 49°12'32.319%22N, 16°23'42.666%22E). The study included 26 cows (daughters of one father RAD 198) in different stages of lactation (from 50th to 512th day) on 1st to 4th lactation. Monitored barn microclimate factors were barn airspace temperature (BAT) and relative humidity (RH). Individual's milk samples were analyzed at Mendel University in Brno (Department of Animal Breeding). Follow milk parameters were: content of fat (F), protein content (P), lactose content (L), solids-non-fat content (SNF), milk yield (MY), milk freezing point (FP), density (D), active acidity (AA). Based on the correlation was found that with increasing RH in barn statistically significantly reduces values of FP (r = -0.19, P < 0.05). It was also found that with increasing number of lactation days increases content of F (r = 0.40; P<0.001), P (r = 0.37; P<0.001), L (r = 0.41; P<0.001), and SNF (r = 0.43; P<0.001), D (r = 0.40; P<0.01) and AA (r = 0.22; P<0.05). With increasing number of lactation days statistically significantly (r = -0,52; P<0.001) decreases MY.
