| - Ve vegetačním nádobovém pokusu s mákem odrůdy Buddha byl na zemině s nízkou zásobou draslíku posuzován výnos semene a obsah alkaloidu morfinu v makovině pod vlivem diferencované NK- výživy. Draslík byl aplikován v dávkách 0.845 a 1.69 g K2O na nádobu ve formě K2SO4 a KCl. Dusík byl aplikován v dávkách 0.9 a 1.5 g N na nádobu ve formě dusičnanu amonného. U variant s nižší dávkou dusíku na nádobu se prokázalo pozitivnější působení obou draselných hnojiv oproti variantám s vyšší dávkou dusíku. Výnos semene při nižší hladině N (0.9 g N) se průkazně zvýšil po aplikaci K2SO4 o 7.3-13.6 % a u KCl o 15.8-21.5 % v porovnání s draslíkem nehnojenou kontrolou. Nižší dávky obou K-hnojiv vykázaly lepší výnosový efekt oproti vyšším dávkám. U variant s vyšší dávkou dusíku na nádobu (1.5 g N) se z hlediska úrovně výnosu projevil průkazný efekt pouze u nižších aplikovaných dávek K v K2SO4 o 9.9 % a u KCl o 8.8 % oproti kontrole. Koncentrace morfinu v makovině (prázdná zralá tobolka + 15 cm stonku) byla aplikací drasel (cs)
- A pot trial was carried out to study the effect of varied K and N nutrition on seed yields and concentration of the alkaloid morphine in the straw of poppy (Papaver somniferum L. var. Buddha) grown in soil low in available potassium. Both K and N were supplied to the pots which contained 9.5 kg soil, at two levels, (K1, K2 and N1, N2), K in the form of K2SO4 (SOP) or KCl (MOP) and N in the form of ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3). Potassium was applied at rates of 0.845 (K1) and 1.69 g K2O per pot (K2), equivalent to 56 and 112 kg K2O/ha, and nitrogen at 0.9 (N1) and 1.5 g N per pot (N2), equivalent to 60 and 100 kg N/ha respectively. The relative effectiveness of both potassium fertilizer sources in increasing seed yields was greater in treatments with the lower level of nitrogen supply (N1), but in terms of production, higher seed yields were obtained at the higher N supply (N2).
