Description
| - The world environmental overload, effected by reactive nitrogen (Nr) pollutants causes inreversible changes in a global nitrogen turnover. An ecosystem disturbances are evident in a final result of diversity loss. Early monitoring of incomming nitrogen contamination in exposure areas is only way to safe a preset species diversity. Several valuable phytocoenosis, included in the environmental system of Czech Republic is getting loose the variability of biota, strightly related to ecosystem stability. Objective expression of the situation of N-saturated biotopes appeasrs to be complicated in many ways, mostly in reason of seasonal green mass influencing nitrogen conversions. In results of presented work, there are included main biological aspects of N monitoring, as well as the possibilities of elimination rutine technical difficulties occures in methods foccused on Nr assessment. Present study brings a report of present enviromental N situation, that becoming a common global process. Performed methods
