| - V pokusných letech 2006 a 2007 byl na lokalitě v Žabčicích sledován vliv hnojení selenem ve formě roztoku seleničitanu sodného do půdy v dávkách 12 a 24, kg.ha-1 a foliárních aplikací selenu v dávkách 200 a 400 g.ha-1 na listovou pokryvnost (LAI), výnos hlíz a počet hlíz na trs. Zároveň byl sledován obsah selenu v hlízách, vařených bramborách a hranolcích. Na základě dosažených výsledků můžeme konstatovat, že na většinou sledovaných znaků měl vliv ročník. Bylo to zřejmě způsobeno extrémním průběhem počasí v roce 2007, kdy za první dva měsíce vegetace (tedy duben až květen) byl srážkový úhrn na pokusné lokalitě pouze 29.2 mm, což je přibližně třetina běžného srážkového úhrnu. Zjistili jsme, že aplikace selenu snižovala nárůst listového aparátu v průběhu vegetace (i když rozdíly nebyly průkazné). To pravděpodobně vedlo i k následnému snížení výnosu a počtu hlíz hlíz. Výnos klesal se zvyšující se dávkou selenu, přičemž vyšší pokles byl zaznamenán u variant s půdní aplikací selenu. Obsah Se v hlízách s (cs)
- In field trials, established in the locality Zabcice in years 2006 a 2007 was observed the influence of selenium fertilization (two variants with Se-application to the soil before planting (doses 12 and 24 kg.ha-1) and two variants with foliar application of Se (doses 200 and 400 g.ha-1))on leaf area index (LAI) yield of tubers per hectare and number of tubers per hill. We also observed the content of selenium in fresh and boiled tubers and in french fries. Almost all of observed characteristics were affected by year. This was caused by extremely dry weather in the year 2007, when during first two months of vegetation (April - May) were rainfall totals on locality only 29.2 mm, which is approx. one third of usually rainfalls in these two months. Se-fertilization inhibited development of leaf area during vegetation though differences were not statistically significant. This fact consequently caused decrease of hectare yields and number of tubers. Yield decreased with increasing dose of selenium. Hig
