  • Vitamin E activity was determined in the interval of 10 - 20 mg.kg-1 and the highest values were measured in the varieties Sebastian, Prestige and Jersey. Enzyme superoxide dismutase activity was determined in interval of 58 - 123 U.g-1 d.m., the highest activity were measured in the variety Bojos. Averagely strong relationship (r = 0.61*) was determined between SOD activities and deoxynivalenol content in the set of seven varieties. In barley grain average content of DON 13.1 mikrog.kg-1 was determined; NIV was proved in 33% of the set of samples with max. level of 24.1 mikrog.kg-1, it means that the hygienic standard for DON content was not exceeded in non-processed cereals.

  • Aktivita vitamínu E byla stanovena v intervalu 10-20 mg/kg a nejvyšší hodnota byla zjištěna u odrůd Sebastian, Prestige a Jersey. Aktivita enzymu superoxiddismutasa (SOD) byla naměřena v intervalu 58 - 123 U/g sušiny. Nejvyšší aktivitu měla odrůda Bojos. Mezi průměrnou aktivitou enzymu SOD a a průměrným množstvím deoxynivalenolu (DON) stanoven průměrně silný vztah (r=0,61*). Průměrný obsah DONu v zrnu ječmene bylo 24,1 mikrog/kg, tzn. že nebyl překročen hygienický standard pro obsah DON v nezpracovaných obilovinách. (cs)
