| - V posledních letech se začíná projevovat zájem zemědělské praxe o pěstování a využití lupiny ve výživě hospodářských zvířat. Efektivní zhodnocení tohoto domácího zdroje bílkovin je třeba založit na získání potřebných podkladů nezbytných pro začlenění tohoto krmiva do systému výživy přežvýkavců. Cílem práce proto bylo stanovení nutriční hodnoty celých rostlin lupiny. Pro tento účel bylo vybráno 6 odrůd. Od Lupinus angustifolius odrůdy Boruta, Sonet a Prima, od Lupinus luteus odrůdy Mister a Juno a od Lupinus albus odrůda Amiga. Z porostů každé odrůdy bylo, ve fázi počátku tvorby lusků, odebráno 30 rostlin. Po usušení byl ve směsném vzorku stanoven obsah sušiny, dusíkatých látek, tuku, vlákniny, ADF, NDF, popele, Ca, P a Mg (ANONYM, 2001). Na základě stanovených hodnot byl dopočtem stanoven obsah BNLV. Z námi hodnoceného souboru jsme zjistili nejvyšší obsah dusíkatých látek u Lupinus angustifolius (v Ć 199,6 g . kg sušiny-1) s tím, že nejvyšší hodnota byla zaznamenána u odrůdy Sonet. - In recent years the interest of the use of lupine in the animal nutrition increases. The effective use of this protein feed in ruminant nutrition is based on the known nutritive value of the lupines. The aim of the study was to evaluate the nutritive value of whole plant of lupine. Six species of lupine were chosen for this purpose: Boruta, Sonet and Prima (all Lupinus angustifolius), Mister and Juno (Lupinus uterus) and Amiga (Lupinus albus). Thirty plants of each species in the phase beginning of hull formation were used for the analysis. In the dry mixed samples the following nutrients were analyzed: dry matter, crude protein, fat, crude fibre, ADF, NDF, ash, Ca, P and Mg (ANONYM, 2001). Also the content of BNLV was calculated. The highest content of crude protein was found in Lupinus angustifolius (Ć 199.6 g . kg dry matter-1) and the highest content was found in speices Sonet.
