Description	The research was focused on dry matter yields, ergosterol content and zearalenon content in the fodders of Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius. Growth was harvested in October, November and December. The dry matter yields were in autumn from 0.60 t ha-1 to 3.89 t ha-1. Statistically significant (P<0.05) different was between dry matter yields of Dactylis glomerata and Arrhenatherum elatius. From October to December came statistically significant (P<0.01) decrease of yields in consequence of lower intensity of grow and higher senescence. The ergosterol content on the other hand significantly (P<0.01) increases from October to December. The ergosterol content was from 26.86 mg kg-1 DM to 72.92 mg kg-1 DM in October and from 216.35 mg kg-1 DM to 411.75 mg kg-1 DM in December. Zearalenon was detected in December. The zearalenon content was from 1.27 mcg kg-1 to 1.58 mcg kg-1. (en) Práce se zabývá sledováním obsahu ergosterolu a zearalenonu v píci Dactylis glomerata a Arrhenatherum elatius sklízené na konci vegetačního období (říjen, listopad, prosinec). Výnosy sušiny se v tomto období pohybují od 0,6 do 3,89 t/ha. Obsah ergosterolu, jako indikátoru fungálního napdení, byl od 26,86 mg/kg sušiny do 72,92 mg/kg sušiny (říjen) a od 316,35 mg/kg do 411,75 mg/kg v prosinci. Zearalenon byl detekován v prosinci v množství od 1,27 do 1,58 mcg/kg.
