Description	In this work we suggested and optimized technique to determine simultaneously nine various fat soluble vitamins. Under the optimal chromatographic experimental conditions we were able to determine the vitamins simultaneously within 25 minutes and detection limits below one hundred of pg per injection (5 ul). Using this HPLC-ED we have analyzed blood serum of fifty patients with various malignancies (melanoma, breast and lung cancer). The results have been compared with those obtained by analysis healthy blood donors (n = 10). (en) V této práci jsme optimalizovali techniku pro současné stanovení devíti různých ve vodě v tucích rozpustných vitamínů. Po optimalizaci chromatografických podmínek jsme byli schopni stanovit všechny vitamíny během 25 minut. Detekční limity se pohybovali pod sto pg na nástřik (5 ul). Touto technikou jsme analyzovali krevní sérum pěti pacientů s různých zhoubných nádorů. Výsledky byly porovnány se zdravími jedinci. (cs)
