| - Genetic diversity was detected in 11 varieties of triticale registered in the Czech Republic by means of polymorphism of storage proteins using the PAGE ISTA method (ISTA, 1999) and SDS PAGE method (Laemmli, 1970). The polymorphism of storage proteins allowed the differentiation of the individual triticale varieties of the 2002 and 2003 harvests. On the basis of Dice's calculations of coefficients of similarity we discovered, in parallel with the uniform genotypes, genotypes with sister prolamin spectrums with a different percentage of participation in the respective years. A uniform spectrum was detected in the following varieties: Disco, Kolor, Lamberto, Marko, Presto, Sekundo, Ticino and Tricolor; Kitaro and Modus were dimorphous varieties. In 2003 three sister prolamin lines appeared in the variety Gabo and in 2004 only two. In 2003 a 5% admixture of a foreign genotype was detected in the variety Marko. Typical of the unknown genotype was the gliadin block Gld 1B3, which is the marker of wheat-rye

- Genetická diverzia byla detekována u 11 odrůd tritikale registrovaných v ČR pomocí polymorfizmu zásobních bílkovin zrna pomocí PAGE ISTA (ISTA, 1999) a SDS-PAGE (Leammli, 1970). Polymorfozmus jednotlivých odrůd byl detekován ve vzorcích sklizeného osiva v roce 2002 a 2003. Na základě Diceho podobnostního koeficientu byl stanoven procenticky výskyt uniformní, dimorfmní linií v rámci analyzovaných let. Uniformní byly odrůdy: Disco, Kolor, Lamberto, Marko, Presto, Sekundo, Ticino a Tricolor; Kitaro a Modus byly dimorfmní. V roce 2003 byly u odrůdy Gabo detekovány tři sesterské linie a v roce 2004 jen dvě. V roce 2003 byla detekována příměs (5%) u odrůdy Marko s gliadinovým blokem Gld 1B3 markerující výskyt translokace T1BL.1RS u pšenice. U odrůd Presto, Sekundo, Tricolor, Ticino a Gabo byly detekovány VMH podjednotky gluteninů Glu 1A2* a Glu 1B 7+8. U odrůd Kitaro, Marko a Disco Glu 1A1 a Glu 1B 7+8. Heterogenní konstituce 1/2* na Glu 1A was byla detekována u odrůd Kitaro a Sekundo (jen v roce 2003). Odr (cs)
