Description
Druhá varieta Coriandrum sativum L. var microcarpum DC s obsahem silice 0,8 -- 1,8 %.
- The influence of cultivation environment to the contents, yield and composition of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) essential oil. Abstract: Coriander has been cultivated for fruits (achenes) that contain essential oils. Essential oils are created in secretion ducts (vittae). Main compounds of coriander essential oil are linalool (60 -- 80 %), a-pinene (3 -- 10 %), geraniol (0,5 -- 5 %), g-terpinene (1 -- 7,5 %), limonene (1 -- 6,5 %), camphor (2,5 -- 10 %) etc. [1]. Due to the fruit size we discern two coriander forms: Coriandrum sativum L. var vulgare ALEF with the essential oil content 0,1 -- 0,35 % and a variety Coriandrum sativum L. var microcarpum DC with essential oil content 0,8 -- 1,8 %. The smaller fruits variety is cultivated more often, because of higher essential oil yield [2]. The essential oil content can vary according to geological and genetic factors [3]. Essential oil composition plasticity under various conditions is less known in Apiaceae. According to [4] chemical profile of the
