Description	The real world problem of the sowing design under uncertainty in the small Czech agriculture co-operative is presented; the stochastic programming model is designed and several optimal solutions are found using different uncertainty treatment. The choice of the goal function and its impact on optimal solution is presented and the specificity of the agriculture data collection is discussed. Comparison of the optimization results to those achieved by real manager decision in agricultural co-operative is performed and the benefits of the stochastic programming application are shown. The optimization routine presented can easily be repeated by practitioners in the agricultural management (where, especially in small and medium farms, application of operations research methods is infrequent) with no additional needs on SW equipment or data collection.
