  • Tento příspěvek se zabývá problematikou přístupu na trh veřejných zakázek pro podniky z nečlenských zemí, včetně dopadů mezinárodních dohod týkajících se veřejných zakázek. Existují mezinárodní dohody uzavřené na půdě Světové obchodní organizace (WTO), zejména Dohoda o veřejných zakázkách. Na příkladu České republiky, která je členský stát EU, je ukázáno, že národní regulace může garantovat příznivější přístup pro přístup na trh veřejných zakázek, než garantují mezinárodní dohody. V této souvislosti je popsán stav veřejných zakázek v České republice a rozdíly v přístupu jiných států (kupř. jsou uváděny příklady ze Slovenska). (cs)
  • These paper is about Access to Public Procurement Market for companies from non-members state, including impact of international agreement concerning public procurement. There are exists WTO agreements, especially GPA (Agreement on Governement Procurement). On the example of the Czech Republic which is EC (European Comunity) member state is shown that national regilation can grant more favourable Access to Public Procurement Access than granting international agreements. In this relation, there is shortly described Czech prucurement legal regulation and differencies between other member state (example is from Slovak Republic).
