| - Členství České republiky v Evropské unii přineslo nový pohled na informační řízení systémů veřejné správy. V zájmu lepšího využívání informací a služeb veřejné správy, vznikala celá řada specializovaných webových portálů. Nicméně zde chyběly metodická pravidla, která by říkala, jak mají být tyto systémy využívány. Konkrétní metodika pro informační systémy veřejné správy v České republice stále chybí. Článek se zabývá nejen návrhem nové metodiky pro vývoj těchto systémů, ale zejména modelováním tzv. GAP systému v rámci metodiky WASP. (cs)
- The paper is written as a part of solution of a project for the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic (No. VZ MSM 6215648904/03/04/02), and it deals with the membership of the Czech Republic in European Union that has brought a new view on information management in public administration. In order to better using of information there are created specialized web portals devoted to counselling in the various areas. However, there is absent of the methodical rules how these systems should be developed and designed in accordance with the public administration standards. Standardization of internet counselling is missing completely. The paper deals with using of information technologies in public administration counselling. It describes modelling the web-based advisory portal, so-called GAP (Government Advisory Portal) system, that could be applied to typified areas of interest (e.g. agriculture).
