| - Paper analyzes data such as development of the wine consumption and wine production in the Czech Republic collected in the last 15 years. The average annual wine consumption in Czech Republic was 16 l per capita and production was 46 hl per hectare. Paper concentrates on identification of the main opportunity of the wine market and on identification of the main threat of the same market as well. Both analyses of threats and opportunities are based on daily admissible ration of alcohol and on consumption of other alcoholic drinks. The average annual ethanol consumption in Czech Republic was 29.8 g per capita. The main opportunity is segment of beer consumers and disproportion of the wine consumption and production. The paper is a part of solution of the research plan of FBE MUAF in Brno, No. 6215648904

- Příspěvek se věnuje analýze 15leté časové řady ukazatelů, charakterizujících vývoj spotřeby a tuzemské výroby vína v ČR. Průměrná roční spotřeba vína za toto období činila 16 l na 1 obyvatele a produkce 46 hl na hektar a lze očekávat mírný pokles v příštích letech. V závěru se pak příspěvek s ohledem na přípustnou denní, zdravotně nezávadnou dávku alkoholu a spotřebu ostatních alkoholických nápojů koncentruje na identifikaci nejvýznamnější příležitosti a zároveň s vzhledem k současné situaci i možné hrozby na trhu vína v ČR. Průměrná roční spotřeba etanolu činila v ČR 29,8 g na 1 obyvatele. Příspěvek identifikuje příležitost pro navýšení spotřeby vín nejen v segmentu spotřebitelů piva aj., ale zejména pak ve spotřebě vína, nepokryté domácí produkcí.
