Description	Cílem tohoto příspěvku je zjistit jaké podmínky, jak vnějšího prostředí, tak i regulační způsobily výrazný nárůst vzniku aliancí. Podíl alliancí v ekonomice založené na znalostech může být dokonce rostoucí v porovnání s ekonomikou tradiční. Tradiční ekonomika totiž zdůrazňuje velkovýrobu, internalizaci vlastnictví, kontrolu a vertikální integraci. Ekonomika znalostní upřednostňuje uzpůsobení přáním zákazníka, flexibilitu, rychlou odezvu a disinternalizaci a dekonstrukci tradičních hodnotových řetězců. Tento příspěvek ukazuje, jak přechod ke znalostní ekonomice podporuje vznik aliancí, tím jak jednotlivé součásti hodnotového řetězce v podmínkách odlišného vlastnictví vzájemně spolupracují. Příspěvek je rovněž zaměřen na roli informačních technologií a základních regulačních, ekonomických a konkurenčních podmínek, které podporují vytváření aliancí. (cs) The objective of this paper is to identify environmental and regulatory conditions, which have fostered the rapid growth of alliances. The rate of alliance formation may even be picking up in an economy based on ideas rather than material objects. An economy of objects emphasizes mass production, internalised ownership, control and vertical integration. An economy based on knowledge favours customisation, flexibility, rapid response and dis-internalisation or deconstruction of the value chain. This paper shows how this trend favours alliances, as different parts of the value chain under different ownership may increasingly cooperate with each other. The paper is also focused on the role of information technology and the underlying regulatory, economic and competitive conditions that are supporting the creation of alliances.
