Description	The contribution is focused on the definition and the assessment of economic instruments within the agricultural policy used for the financial support of the Czech agricultural enterprises restructuring during the transitional phase as well as the new possibilities evaluation shaped up by the CAP exercise. Two main resources of financing, their main tasks and influence on restructuring of the agriculture in last decade are described there: (1) the State Agricultural Intervention Fund as a regulator of the agrarian market stabilization and (2) the Support and Guarantee Fund for Farmers and Forestry as a main instrument of capital reinforcement. Zabývá se charakteristikou a hlavními úkoly dvou rozhodujících fondů, které byly v ČR uplatňovány od počátku devadesátých let a to (1) Státním zemědělským intervenčním fondem jako nástrojem stabilizace agrárního trhu a (2)Podpůrným a garančním rolnickým a lesnickým fondem jako hlavním nástrojem kapitálové podpory. Na základě rozboru posledních reforem společné zemědělské politiky EU, která omezuje regulaci trhu zemědělských komodit a orientuje se na jiné formy podpory stabilizace příjmů, technologických změn a restrukturalizace v širším sociálním a regionálním kontextu hodnotí účinnost těchto nástrojů z hlediska rozvoje českého agrárního sektoru.
