  • Cílem práce bylo využití elektrofúze a chemické fúze protoplastů v somatické hybridizaci zejména pro zvýšení genetické vyriability u vybraných druhů zelenin. Byly požity mesofylové, hypokotylové a kalusové protoplasty. Elektrofúze byly realizovány pomocí přístroje ECM 2001. Chemické fúze byly prováděny pomocí polyetylen glykolu. Po fúzi se protoplasty jevily celistvé a přežívající. Regenerace rostlin po elektrofúzi bylo dosaženo u rodu Solanum, regenerace rostlin po chemické fúzi bylo dosaženo u rodu Brassika. (cs)
  • The aim of study was using protoplast electrofusion and chemical fusions for somatic hybridization especially for increasing of genetic variability in selected vegetable species. Mesophyl, hypocotyl and callus protoplasts were used. Electrofusions were realised by apparatus ECM 2001. Chemical fusions were realised by polyetylene glycol. After fusion, protoplasts appeared intact and surviving. Plant regeneration was obtained after electrofusion in Solanum genus, plant regeneration was obtained after chemical fusion in Brassica genus.
