  • Cílem studie bylo posouzení vlivu nastavení transtibiální protézy na stabilitu uživatele. Soubor osob (n = 13, průměrný věk 56,0 ? 13,04 roku; hmotnost 87,4 ? 13,19 kg; doba používání protézy 9,96 ? 19,70 roku) s jednostrannou transtibiální amputací absolvoval stoj (60 s) s pěti různými nastaveními protézy (optimální, 1 cm kratší, 1 cm delší, plantární flexe 5°, dorzální flexe 5°). Základní dynamické parametry (reakční síla, COP) byly měřeny s využitím dvou silových plošin AMTI OR 6-5. Pro nastavení protézy o 1 cm delší a pro 5° plantární flexi se zatížení přesouvá na zdravou dolní končetinu. Vzhledem k dominantní funkci zdravé dolní končetiny je stabilita na této končetině ?nižší? než na končetině protetické. (cs)
  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of different prosthesis alignment on the stability of the user. Thirteen males with unilateral trans-tibial amputation were recruited for this study. The stability was obtained in the course of unforced standing on the AMTI force plates (60 s) with three various alignments of prosthesis and two alignments of prosthetic foot. The load on both limbs as well as the fluctuation of COP was calculated. The results indicated that the load is transferred onto the sound limb in case of the prosthesis longer by 1 cm and for the prosthetic foot in 5° plantar flexion. Stability on the sound limb is ?lower? when compared with the prosthetic limb.
