Description
  • V příspěvku je posuzována reliabilita diagnostiky držení těla pomocí diagnostického systému DTP-2. Jedním z faktorů, který snižuje reliabilitu diagnostiky držení těla, je titubace probanda. V této studii byly posuzovány titubace probanda ve třech navržených fixačních polohách: A - volný stoj, B - stoj s částečnou fixací oporou horních končetin o stěnu, C - stoj s fixací trupu o stěnu. Byl změřen soubor n = 60 probandů. Každý proband byl v každé fixační variantě změřen pětkrát pomocí diagnostického systému DTP-2. Pro každého probanda a každou fixační variantu byla vypočítána průměrná křivka páteře a standardní odchylka kvantifikující náhodné chyby způsobené titubacemi probanda. Rostoucí stupeň fixace A (R) B (R) C snižuje hodnoty standardních odchylek v laterálním směru 3,0 (R) 1,7 (R) 1,6 [mm] a ve ventrálním směru 3,9 (R) 2,4 (R) 1,4 [mm]. Fixace neovlivňuje hodnoty v kraniálním směru. Pro klinickou praxi se jako nejvhodnější jeví fixační polohy A a C. Fixační poloha A má nejmenší reliabilitu, protož (cs)
  • Titubation of the proband is one of factors that decreases the reliability of posture diagnostics. In this study, the titubation in three chosen fixation positions was quantified: A - the loose position, B - the position with partial fixation by means of the upper extremities, C - the position with the trunk fixation by means of a wall. This study included n = 60 probands. Each proband was measured five times by means of the diagnostic system DTP-2. The average spine curve and standard deviation were calculated for each fixation position. The increasing degree of fixation A -> B -> C decreases the value of standard deviations in the lateral direction 3.0 -> 1.7 -> 1.6 [mm] and in the ventral direction 3.9 -> 2.4 -> 1.4 [mm]. The fixation does not affect the values in the cranial direction. The fixation positions A and C have the most suitable properties for an application in clinical practice. The fixation position A has the lowest reliability but the spine curve is not affected by s
