| - Cílem práce bylo ověření možnosti zařazení individualizovaných vyučovacích jednotek do vyučovacího procesu ve školní tělesné výchově. Součástí bylo monitorování pohybové aktivity žáků ve vyučovacích jednotkách pomocí přístrojů Caltrac, Omron a Sport Tester Polar, dále pak zjišťování hodnocení vyučovacích jednotek žáky pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků. Všechna srovnání habituálních a individualizovaných vyučovacích jednotek byla prováděna z aspektu pohlaví žáků a obsahu vyučovacích jednotek. Výzkum byl prováděn na Gymnáziu Čajkovského v Olomouci v koedukovaných hodinách tělesné výchovy u žáků prvních, druhých a třetích ročníků. Pro vlastní výzkum byly sestaveny modely vyučovacích jednotek basketbalu a florbalu vždy v habituální a individualizované podobě. Z aplikovaných výzkumných technik byly pro naše účely vybrány pedometry Omron, které zjišťují údaje o počtu kroků, poskoků a změn poloh žáků, akcelerometry Caltrac diagnostikující energetický výdej žáků a Sport Testery Polar monitorující srdeční fr (cs)
- The aim of the thesis was to verify the possibility of the use of individualized school physical education (PE) lessons in the educational process. It consisted of monitoring pupils' physical activity in PE lessons. Caltrac Accelerometers and the Omron and Polar Sport Testers were used as tools to obtain the data. Pupils' assessment of PE lessons was acquired using standardized questionnaires. All comparisons of habitual and individualized lessons were done from the aspect of the gender and lesson content. The research took place at Gymnazium Čajkovského in Olomouc during coed PE lessons in forms 1, 2, and 3. For the research itself, models of basketball and floorball PE lessons were created both in traditional and individualized versions.
