  • Along with the general adoption of the market principle, the role of university function has moved its character towards diverse actions: training, research and other social tasks. One of the basic functions still remains: the instruction valid for teachers at university is to support and foster students development in various areas. Doctoral Study has become the basic requirement and the first milestone of teachers' career at university. But is it reasonable? Could it be proved that their academic achievement is valuable for their employment? Could their professional ability be achieved from their doctoral study programme? The author is concerned to the perspective of Ph.D. students on the quality of their doctoral study programme as the essential stakeholders. Through the interview inquiry, life stories are written based on their motivation and background, learning process and career path. The interviewees are university teachers graduated from the doctoral study programme of education from 2004 to 2013. Seven life stories are organized after open coding by two independent coders. The analyzing of life stories is focused on four segments of input, context, process and output based on CIPO model of quality evaluation. The research aims to analyze the quality of doctoral study programme on the perspective of Ph.D. graduates of education, to discover the possible influence of doctoral study on their academic career path of their workload, to indicate the suggestion for the improvement of doctoral study programme.   • 随着高等教育的市场化,大学以教学和研究为本,兼具了社会服务等众多职能。在实现这些职能过 程中,大学教师对于大学生的个体发展产生着最直接的影响。如今博士教育已经成为大学教师的基本要求, 然而博士学历是否能够真实反映出毕业生的学术水平?博士教育是否能够有效地为大学教师所应具备的教 学、科研及其他工作能力上的需求做好准备?本研究就博士教育质量问题,以博士生作为最重要的利益相 关者视角出发,就毕业生在博士教育前的准备、博士学习的过程和博士毕业后工作的经历为三个主要环节, 追踪毕业生对博士培养方案的评价。本研究以某教育学院为个案,在2004-2013 十年所施行的教育学博士 培养方案中,根据对七位不同年份毕业的博士生访谈,建立起样本库,采用生命叙事的质性研究方法,对 访谈结果进行开放式编码,以CIPO 为基础模型从毕业生在博士学习过程中的投入、背景、过程、产出四个 环节分析其对博士培养的看法。研究旨在揭示作为大学教师的博士毕业生对其学术生涯的第一个里程碑 ——博士教育的质量评价,从利益相关者的视角,重新审视博士培养方案对博士生的学术和职业生涯的影 响,为未来教育学博士的培养提供借鉴
