  • The objective of this paper is to draw attention to certain special education needs (SEN) that must not only be reflected in the current inclusive education approaches but it is also necessary to try to appropriately fulfil them. In this respect it is necessary to emphasize on the importance and necessity of the implied involvement of speech-language therapy intervention as an integral part of an efficient and quality inclusive approach. As a result of the internal, as well as external, factors each individual demonstrates personal characteristics of their communication ability (CA) and these characteristics may be considered as specifics, variation or disruption, that are always dependent on differing points of view, theoretical knowledge and specific experience. It is necessary, under the inclusive approach, to enable the pupils and students with variances, specifics or disruptions of communication ability to have these characteristics individually diagnosed and corrected while applying speech-langu
