Description	Funkční zkouškou bylo vyšetřeno v letech 2001 a 2002 celkem 1189 probandů (615 chlapců a 574 dívek) ve věku 7 až 15 let v olomouckém regionu. K monitorování zdatnosti oběhového systému byl použit zátěžový test, tzv. Ruffierova zkouška. Bylo zjištěno že 54,47 % chlapců a 44,20 % dívek má průměrnou tělesnou zdatnost, 23,25 % chlapců a 43,20 % dívek se nachází v kategorii podprůměrná tělesná zdatnost oběhového systému. V porovnání s výsledky z roku1987 jsme zjistili pokračující trend snižování tělesné zdatnosti u dětí mladšího a staršího školního věku. By means of a functional test, there were 1189 children tested in the years 2001 and 2002 (615 boys and 574 girls). For monitoring the blood circulation efficiency there was a load test, so called Ruffier´s Tes used. Thanks to the Ruffier´s Test, it wasfound out that 54,47 per cent of the boys abd 44,20 per cent of the girls are on the average of physical efficiecy 23,25 per cent of the boys and 43,20 per cent of the girls belong to category under the average of body efficiency of circulation system. Comparing by means of the Ruffier´s Test in 1987, we found out the ongoing developing trend in body efficiency decrease of the lower and upper secondary-school children. (en)
