Description	Předkládaná studie vychází z odpovědí učitelů - praktiků na otázky týkající se akutních stavů postihujících (především a často) děti trpící epilepsií (padoucnicí), diabetem (cukrovkou) a bronchiálním astmatem. Na základě získaných údajů je možno ověřit, zda učitelé byli v základní pregraduální pedagogické přípravě, popř. v průběhu dalšího vzdělávání dostatečně poučeni, jak zvládnout akutní stavy a náhlé poruchy zdraví. Studie dochází k závěru, že: ne vždy funguje %22politika%22 vzdělávání v této oblasti a učitelé v praxi pociťují potřebu řádné a pravidelné aktualizace poznatků z oblasti první pomoci a přístupu ke zdravotně handicapovaným dětem. The presented study resumes the answers of teachers - practitioners resolving the questions concerning the acute states afflicting (above all and often) the children suffering from epilepsy, diabetes and bronchial asthma. On the basis of obtained data itis possible to make sure whether the teachers in basic pregradual teaching preparation, or as the case may be, in the course of their further education sufficiently instructed how to master acute states and sudden health deficiencies. The study comes to the conslusion that #the policy# of education does not always function in this sphere and the teachers in practice appreciate honest and regular updating of the pieces of knowledge from the sphere of the first aid and of the access to the mental ly and physiccaly handicapped children.
