Description	During the years 1939-1944 a mapping survey was carried out in protectoral part of Moravia and in the part of the Czech lands incorporated into the Th ird Reich. It resulted in creation of topographic maps 1:25,000 called Topographische Karte (4-cmKarte). There are three existing variants of the edition of these maps: German (in 2-3 colours), Czechoslovak (in 2 colours) and American (in 3-4 colours). Information about the extent of the survey and the number of elaborated map sheets has changed - an overlay of these three variants increases the sum of map sheets of the Topographische Karte (4-cm-Karte). Th is fi gure has not been published so far. (en) V průběhu let 1939-1944 proběhly mapovací práce v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a na části Českých zemí zařazených do Třetí říše. Vznikly tak mapy 1 : 25 000 označované jako Topographische Karte (4-cm-Karte). Existují tři varianty vydání těchto map: německé (2-3barevné), československé (2barevné) a americké (3-4barevné). Informace o rozsahu mapování a počtu zpracovaných mapových listů se posunuly - průnikem těchto tří variant vydání se množství mapových listů Topographische Karte (4-cm-Karte) zvyšuje.
