| Description
| - Byly popsány první Ru(III)-komplexy s deriváty cytokininů. Cytokininy, N6-substituované deriváty adeninu, jsou důležitou skupinou růstových regulátorů, které ovlivňují fyziologické procesy jako např. buněčné dělení. Ru(III)-komplexy o složení [Ru(H+L)(dmso_S)Cl4] {L = e.g. 6-(2-chlorbenzylamino)purin (2Cl-Bap) I, 6-(3-chlorbenzylamino)purin II nebo 6-(4-chlorbenzylaminopurin III} byly připraveny reakcí mezi (dmso2H)[trans-RuCl4(dmso_S)2] a příslušným cytokinem v dmso, ethanolu nebo acetonu. Všechny sloučeniny byly charakterizovány vhodnými fyzikálními metodikami (elementární analýza, IR, VIS, NMR, EI+ MS spektroskopie, TGA/DSC, vodivostní a magnetochemické měření). Molekulová struktura II a III byla určena monokrystalovou RTG analýzou. (cs)
- Herein, we present the first Ru(III)-complexes with cytokinin-derivates. Cytokinins, i.e. N6-substituted adenine derivates, are an important class of plant growth hormones which affect variety physiological processes such e.g. cell division and differentiation. The Ru(III)-complexes of the composition [Ru(H+L)(dmso_S)Cl4] {where L = e.g. 6-(2-chlorbenzylamino)purine (2Cl-Bap) I, 6-(3-chlorbenzylamino)purine II or 6-(4-chlorbenzylaminopurine III} have been prepared by the reaction between (dmso2H)[trans-RuCl4(dmso_S)2] and the appropriate cytokinin in dmso, ethanol or acetone solution. All compounds were characterized by suitable physical techniques (elemental analysis, IR, VIS, NMR, EI+ MS spectroscopies, TGA/DSC, conductivity and magnetic measurements). The molecular structure of II and III were determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.
