  • A new programming method has been used for building a computer-based Mössbauer spectrometer. Data acquisition is realized via two commercially available PXI/Compact-PCI modules or PCI devices which are supported by relevant software drivers. Both modules, the digital oscilloscope NI 5102 and the function generator NI 5401 (National Instruments Inc.), can be used in the PXI or PC standard. The synchronization between the velocity signal generation and the impulse detection is controlled by a RTSI (Real-Time System Integration) bus. A virtual Mossbauer spectrometer is implemented by thegraphical programming language called LabVIEW 7 Express.   • V článku je popsáno použití nové metody při vytvoření počítačem řízeného Mössbauerova spektrometru. Zpracování dat je uskutečňováno pomocí dvou komerčně dostupných PXI/CompactPCI modulů nebo PCI karet s podporou softwarových ovladačů. Oba moduly, digitální osciloskop NI 5102 a funkční generátor NI 5401 (National Instruments Inc.), lze použít v obou výše uvedených standardech. Synchronizace mezi generováním signálu rychlosti a detekcí impulzů z detektoru je prováděna pomocí tzv. RTSI (Real-Time System Integration) sběrnice. Virtuální Mössbauerův spektrometr je implementován v grafickém programovacím prostředí LabVIEW 7 Express. Amplitudová analýzy impulzů na výstupu detektoru je uskutečněna pomocí funkce Waveform Peak Detection.vi. Vzorkovací rychlosti signálu z detektoru a frekvence signálu rychlosti určují počet registračních kanálů měřeného Mössbauerova spektra. (cs)
