  • Byla studována struktura společenstev makrozoobentosu osídlujících 4 druhy makrofyt a minerální substrát dna řeky Bystřice (Czech Republic). Makrofyta, vyskytující ve formě jednotlivých trsů, zaujímají i více než 50% plochy dna. Fontinalis antipyretica se vyskytuje v průběhu celého roku. Výskyt dalších makrofyt (Batrachium aquatile, Callitriche sp. a Potamogeton sp.) je vázán na vegetační období - červen až prosinec. Denzita a struktura společenstev bezobratlých se na různých typech substrátů lišila, na vegetačních substrátech byla denzita ve srovnání s okolním minerálním substrátem několikanásobně vyšší. Na makrofytech byli dominantní Chironomidae, Simuliidae a Hydrachnellae, v minerálním substrátu dominovali Chironomidae, %22mikrocrustacea%22, Ephemoroptera, Oligochaeta a Trichoptera. (cs)
  • The structure of macrozoobenthic communities inhabiting four macrophyte species and the mineral bed substrate of the Bystřice River (Czech Republic) was studied. The macrophytes growing as individual clumps covered even more than 50% of the bottom surface. Fontinalis antipyretica was present all the year, occurrence of Batrachium aquatile, Callitriche sp. and Potamogeton sp. was connected with the growing season. Density and structure of invertebrate communities within different substrate types differed - the density within vegetative substrates was manifold higher compared to the surrounding mineral bed. Chironomidae, Simuliidae, Hydrachnellae dominated within macrophytes, while Chironomidae, microcrustaceans and Ephemeroptera dominated within the mineral substrate.
