| - Naše studie se věnuje imunotestům na kyselinu abcisovou (ABA). (cs)
- Immunoassay for abscisic acid (ABA) has rapidly developed since 1979 and has been confirmed as the most sensitive and selective detection method for ABA. Use of immunoassay is most highly recommended for quantification of ABA and related compounds. Abscisic acid, like indole acetic acid, has two easily accessible sites for conjugation to protein carriers. Most of the ABA antibodies that have been produced have been raised against conjugates formed by amide bond formation at the C1 carboxyl group using either carbodiimide or mixed anhydride coupling reactions. Antigen conjugated to C-1 of ABA through an amide bond is used for total ABA determination. In order to have ABA specific antibodies two procedures based on aromatic hydrazones have been developed. Initially, Weiler (1980) prepared racemic ABA-4´-tyrosylhydrazone and coupled it to BSA, which had been prederivatised with p-aminohippuric acid, by a diazo-coupling reaction.
