| - A survey was conducted of possible fungicide resistance or tolerance of cucurbit powdery mildews, Golovinomyces cichoracearum (Gc) and Podosphaera xanthii (Px), using 55 Czech isolates (43 Gc, 12 Px) collected at eight regions from 2000-2002. The effectiveness of three frequently used fungicides, Rubigan 12 EC (fenarimol), Karathane LC (dinocap), and Fundazol 50 WP (benomyl), at five concentrations, was observed using a modified leaf-disc bioassay. Discs were prepared from adult plants of Cucumis sativus cv. Stela F1. Significant differences among fungicides and even among years were observed. Fenarimol showed a high level of effectiveness and control of powdery mildew at dosage 36 #g a.i./ml (optimal concentration). Dinocap was 100% effective in the year 2000, however it was less effective in 2001 and 2002, when 5% of the isolates overcame the registered concentration (105 #g a.i./ml). - K sledování změn v odolnosti resp. náchylnosti původců padlí tykvovitých, reprezentovaných druhy Golovinomyces cichoracearum (Gc) a Podosphaera xanthii (Px) bylo použito 55 izolátů (43 Gc, 12 Px) pocházejících ze sběrů na území ČR z let 2000-2002. Účinnost tří fungicidních přípravků (Rubigan 12 EC /fenarimol/, Karathane LC /dinocap/ a Fundazol 50 WP /benomyl/) v pěti různých koncentracích byla sledována s využitím modifikované metody plovoucích disků. Byly zjištěny signifikantní rozdíly v účinnosti mezi testovanými fungicidy i v rámci jednotlivých let. Fenarimol vykazoval vysoký stupeň účinnosti, dinocap byl 100% účinný v roce 2000, avšak méně účinný v letech 2001-2002. Benomyl se jevil jako zcela neúčinný. (cs)
