Description	Outgoing from a short description of the history of the State normative of marriage affaires on the territory of the actual Czech Republic, the article deals the actual normative regarding civil effects of the celebration of a Church marriage in the Czech Republic until the last regulation by the new civil code from 2012, in force from 1st January 2014, and it emphases two irreconcilable conception: the first of the Communist State, the second of the democratic one. (en) Na podstawie krótkiej historii regulacji państwowej spraw małżeńskich na terenie obecnej Republiki Czerskiej artykuł prezentuje współczesną legislatywę uznania skutków cywilnych zawarcia małżeństwa kanonicznego w Republice Czeskiej kończąc ostatnią regulacją w nowym kodeksie cywilnym z 2012 r. z mocą prawną od 1 stycznia 2014 r. i podkreśla równocześnie dwie sprzeczne koncepcje: państwa komunistycznego i państwa demokratycznego.
