  • Monografie je analýzou pohledu na církev v konfesním vymezení, které se vyskytovalo u křesťanů zasažených vlivem unie uzavřené v Užhorodě r. 1646 (jejichž církevní společenství dnes působí v pěti státech Evropy - ČR, Slovensko, Maďarsko, Ukrajina a Chorvatsko - a v Kanadě i USA). Přináší rovněž stručnou historickou prezentaci dějin tohoto sjednocovacího počinu a pokouší se mapovat hlavní trendy v sebepojímání uniatů a pravoslavných na východním Slovensku. Snaží se nastínit širší souvislosti, zejména ekumenické dopady.
  • The publication is an attempt of analysis of the mode of understanding of the Church which has occured by the Christians under influence of union concluded in Užhorod in 1646 (thein communities are now living in 5 contries of Europe - Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ucraina and Croatia - as soon as in Canada and USA). The treatise also brings the short historical presentation of the history of this attempt at the reunion and tries for map out the main trends in self-identification of the Uniates and the Ortodox in the Eastern Slovakia. It tends to outline the broad contects, in the first place the ecumenical Impacts. (en)
