Description	In the article, %22Interdisciplinary correlative rights and economics - theory and practice.%22 Is described and analyzed the relationship %22of the economy, law, and politics%22 in context of content and form. The result of the present analysis reveals fundamental differences in their mutual relations, but also demonstrates the need for mutual cooperation and interaction, the need for efforts to achieve synergy. The analysis would also apply existing knowledge from the ongoing crisis in the financial sector and to include the influences of European Union activity. Outlined are some starting points, issues that would correlate economics, law and policy was desirable to deal with and the direction in which these relations would, corrective measures, further development should take. (en) Ve stati %22Interdisciplinární souvztažnosti práva a ekonomiky - teorie a praxe.%22 je popsán a analyzován vztah %22ekonomiky, práva, a politiky%22 ve vzájemných souvislostech obsahu a formy. Výsledek analýzy odhaluje současné zásadní rozpory ve vzájemných vztazích, ale současně prokazuje nezbytnost vzájemné součinnosti a interakce, nezbytnost snah o dosažení synergie. Provedená analýza použila i dosavadní poznatky z probíhající krize ve finanční oblasti a zahrnula i vlivy činnosti Evropské unie. Naznačeny jsou i některá východiska, problémy, kterými by ve vzájemném vztahu ekonomiky, práva a politiky bylo žádoucí se zabývat a směr, kterými by se tyto vztahy, nápravná opatření, další vývoj, měly ubírat.
