Description	The international colloquium was held as an output of the project Universities for their border regions as a means of transfrontier co-operation between Czech Republic and Poland supported by the European Union. The colloquium aimed at presenting the transfrontier projects as a tool for development and international co-operation between universities. The focus is put on how the universities can contribute to understanding and promotion of Czech-Polish border regions as a multicultural, historically rich and linguisticlly mixed phenomenon. (en) Międzynarodowa knferencja w ramach projektu UE Uniwersytety na rzcze pogranicza, projekt realizowany w ramach projektu Wspołpraca transgraniczna CR_PR. konferencja prezentująca projekt jako instrument rozwoju i wsparcia wspołpracy pomięŁdzy placowkami uniwersyteckimi. konferencja poświęcona temu, w jaki sposob mogą placowka akademickie pomoc w pozanawaniu i propagowaniu regionow przygranicznych, pojmowanych jako regiony multikulturowe.
