Description
| - The article informs about the new discovery of mural paintings of the beginning of the 18th century in the Sternberg Palace in Prague, now the seat of the National Gallery in Prague, and about their iconography. From the decoration of rooms derives their original purpose, identifies the painted Sternberg genealogical cycle in the former palace stalls, the allegory of four continents connected with four astronomers in the first floor and the Argonauts and Golden Flies theme of the so called Antique cabinet in the second floor.

- Článek informuje o novém objevu nástěnných maleb z počátku 18. století ve Šternberském paláci v Praze, nyní sídle Národní galerie v Praze, a o jejich ikonografii. Z výzdoby místností odvozuje jejich původní účel, identifikuje malovaný šternberský genealogický cyklus v palácových konírnách, alegorii čtyř kontinentů ve spojení se čtyřmi astronomy v prvním patře a téma Argonautů a Zlatého rouna v tzv. Antickém kabinetu 2. patra. (cs)
