| - Registr CAMELIA vznikl v roce 2005 jako projekt spolupráce Leukemické sekce České hematologické společnosti a Instututu pro biostatistiku a nalýzu při Msarykově univerzitě (IBA) v Brně jako výzkumný registr pro monitorování výskytu, diagnostických aspektů, prognostických faktorů a zpracování odezvy na léčbu u pracientů s CML. - CAMELIA has been founded in 2005 as a collaborative project of Leukemia Section of Czech Society of Hematology and Institute ofr Biostatistics and Analyses of Masaryk University (IBA) in Brno as an observational registry for monitoring of incidence, diagnostic aspects, prognostic factors and treatment response of patients (pats) with CML. At present 10 major hematologic centers from Czech Republic and Slovakia are participating in the registry. Database is located at secured server of IBA enabling on-line data entry and user-defined analysis. Data forms comprise the %22core%22 and %22detailed%22 sets enabling, diagnostic, cytogenetic, prognostic and treatment description of individual pats. Follow-up forms are used for a close monitoring of response to therapy, adverse events and resistance development. Data on 566 pats were collected so far. Our presentation will be limited to 430 pats with Ph-positive CML (229 male and 201 female at median age 50 years) with %22detailed%22 data-for
