| - Původ: autologní brachiocefalická nebo brachiobazilická arteriovenózní spojka v loketní jamce není považována jen za sekundární přístup k hemodialýze. U nemocných s nevhodným cévním svazkem předloktí je indikována jako primární přístup a její použotí je preferováno před založením spojky pomocí cévní protézy. Její méně častou komplikací je vývoj steal syndromu s různým stupněm isachémie ruky. Cíl: sumarizace poznatků o tomto typu spojky a komplikaci. Metody: na základaě literárních poznatků písemnictví je vytvořeno rewiew. Výsledky: řada faktorů ovlivňuje založení, rozvoj a event. vznik spojky a steal sy. Jejich analýza a znalost problematiky umožní založení vhodné spojky, včasné rozpoznání a léčbu komplikace. Závěr: autologní spojka v loketní jamce s využitím brachiální srtérie a cefalické nebo basilické paže představuje kvalitní přístup k dialýze. Její možnou komplikací je vznik steal syndromu. Jeho vznik a projevy nejsou indikací ke zrušení spojky, z daných poznatků vyplývá, že vhodným chirurgic (cs)
- Background: The aurogenous brachiocefalic or brachiobasilic arteriovenous elbow fistula is not considered to be only secondary hemodialysis access.
