| Description
| - Plicní sarkoidóza je multisystémové granulomatózní onemocnění s variabilním klinickým fenotypem. V současné době je dostupné jen málo informací o proteinech přítomných v bronchoalveolární tekutině (BALF) u této nemoci, a proto jsme identifikovali proteinový profil (PP) BALF u pacientů se sarkoidózou, jejími stádii (chest X-ray) a srovnali PP BALF u pacientů podle prezentace Löfgren´s syndromu (LS). Použili jsme metodu SELDI-TOF MS k analýze nekoncentrované BALF pocházející od 65 pacientů (CXR-stádium I, n=32; CXR-stádium II, n=22, CXR-stádium III, n=11) a 23 zdravých jedinců. Po rozdělení vzorků BALF chromatografií na reverzní fázi jsme využili SDS-PAGE, peptidové mapování a imunodepleci k identifikaci deregulovaných proteinů. Ze 40 proteinů exprimovaných odlišně u pacientů a kontrol (2.75-185.62 kDa) (p<0.05) jsme potvrdili již dříve identifikovaný sérový albumin, alfa1-antitrypsin a prekurzor protokadherinu-2. So far, there has been little information on protein patterns (PPs) of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from sarcoidosis patients and no data are available on PPs in clinical disease subtypes.
