Description	TLC screening hrubých extraktů sušených listů a hlíz jakonu (Smallanthus sonchifiolius) a produktů kyselé hydrolýzy hlíz na silikagelových HPLC deskách za použití soustavy rozpouštědel ethylacetát ?kyselina mravenčí-voda (85:10:15, v/v/v) a n-hexanu-ethylacetátu-kyseliny mravenčí (20:19:1, v/v/v) prokázal přítomnost kyseliny kávové, chlorogenové a ferulové. Tyto kyseliny byly následně izolovány preparativní TLC a identifikovány pomocí HPLC/MS. (cs) Thin-layer chromatographic screening of crude extracts of dried leaves and tubers of yacon and products of acid hydrolysis of tubers on the cilica gel HPTLC plates using the developing solvents ethyl acetate-formic adic-water and n-hexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid proved the presence of chlorogenic, caffeic and ferulic acid.
