  • Nanočástice a nanostrukturované materiály jsou značně studovány v posledních letech. Rostoucí zájem je zaměřen na různé nanomateriály s jasně definovanou velikostí částic, s předpokladem že jejich vlastnosti budou vylepšeny ve srovnání s původním materálem. V tomto příspěvku prezentujeme tryskové mletí jako metodu přípravy mikro a nano-částic. Frakce připravených částic byly hodnoceny na základě distribuce vellikosti částic (PSD). Charakter a tvar částic po tryskovém mletí byly studovány použitím skenovací elektronové mikroskopie (SEM) a mikroskopie atomárních sil (AFM). Strukturní a fázová analýza byla zajištěna metodou rtg diffrakce. (cs)

In this paper we present the jet milling as micro and nano-particles preparation technique. The prepared particles fractions were classified by particle size distribution (PSD). Character and shape of particles after jet milling were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Structural and phase analysis was assured using X-ray diffraction (XRD) method.
