  • Článek je věnován modelování difrakce elektromagnetické vlny n ajednodimenzionálních periodických strukturách s feromagnetickým pokrytím. Z důvodu hranolové vazby je zahrnuta interakce evanescentní vlny. Detailně jsou diskutovány účinky kovové výplně mezi lamelami, metalického pokrytí lamel a ochranné vrstvy na elipsometrické úhly.   • The paper is devoted to the modeling of electromagnetic wave diffraction on 1D periodic structureswith ferromagnetic coating. Because a prism coupler is applied, the evanescent wave interaction is included. The effects of metal located between dielectric stripes, total covering of periodic structure, and protection layer are analyzed by ellipsometric angles in detail.
