Description
| - The paper is concerned with a description of the level of talent management use in managing human resources in organizations of the Moravian-Silesian Region, which was found out on the basis of data obtained by the application of a questionnaire survey. It brings information on the extent, content, importance and benefits of this approach adoption, on a response of people interested in its implementation, on the causes why the talent management is not used or on a failure in its application, and on the impact of the current economic crisis on the use of the approach. As information about a low level of talent management use at working with talented individuals and also information about the main cause of that state appears to be the main findings, the paper also brings recommendations for a broader application of this approach in the Czech practice.
