| - Since 2005, RPIC-ViP, s.r.o. slony with thein partners has been implementing a major project, IS EQUAL ?Competencies for the Labour Market? focused on developing and verifying methodologies for evaluation and development of key competence of a target group of employees, job applicants and the unemployed. Included in the project is also the establishment of a regional system of labour market analyse and prognose with the objektive to ensure comprehensive transfer of information to employers, educators, employees and other operators in the labour market. The key koncept with which the project operates is that of kompetence. Competence is regarded as a set of skills required by the employers from thein employees. The contribution presents characteristics of activities and products connected with development of these competences and their application.

- Od roku 2005 společnost RPIC-ViP, s.r.o. se svými partnery realizuje významný projekt IS EQUAL ?Kompetence pro trh práce?, který je zaměřen na vývoj a ověřování nástrojů a metodik pro hodnocení a rozvoj klíčových kompetencí pro cílové skupiny zaměstnanců, zájemců o práci a nezaměstnaných. Součástí projektu je rovněž vytvoření regionálního systému analýz a prognóz trhu práce, aby byla zajištěna komplexní informovanost zaměstnavatelů, vzdělavatelů, zaměstnanců a dalších subjektů trhu práce. Klíčovým pojmem, se kterým se v projektu pracuje, je kompetence. Kompetence chápeme jako dovednosti, které zaměstnavatelé požadují od svých zaměstnanců. V příspěvku jsou uvedeny charakteristiky aktivit a výstupy spojené s vývojem těchto kompetencí a jejich aplikacemi na trhu práce. (cs)
