Description	The paper is aimed at the identification of the factors influence that modified the development of labour supply and demand in the regions of the Czech Republic in period 1994-2000. The 2-equation regional labour market models have been formulated. Basedon the estimation derived from 2 equation system the regional labour market can be divided to the three problem groups.
