  • Byla vyšetřovaná tvařitelnost za tepla ledeburické vysoce-legované nástrojové Cr-V-Mo oceli pomocí tří laboratorních metod. První z nich spočívala ve válcovaní klínových vzorků. Sada vzorků byla válcovaná za tepla na laboratorní stolici K350 s deformační rychlostí až do 30 s-1. Výsledky klínových zkoušek byly srovnány s výsledky získanými z tahových zkoušek za tepla (INOVA TSM 20) a krutovými zkoušky za tepla (SETARAM-VITKOVICE). Další informace byly získany použitím difrační teplotní analýzy, optického a skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu. (cs)
  • Hot formability of the ledeburitic tool high-alloy Cr-V-Mo steel was investigated by means of three laboratory methods. The first of them consisted in one-pass rolling of wedge-shaped samples. A set of samples was hot rolled in the laboratory rolling mill K350 with strain rate up to ca 30 s-1. The results of wedge-shaped rolled samples were compared with those obtained by high-temperature tensile testing (INOVA TSM 20 machine) and hot torsion plastometer (SETARAM-VITKOVICE). Additional information was gained by means of the differential thermal analysis (DTA), optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
