  • Niklové superslitiny představují významný materiál, používaný v extrémních podmínkách, zejména díky své vysoké žárupevnosti, odolnosti proti únavovému porušení, odolnosti vůči agresívnímu působení spalin apod. Dlouhodobá životnost a spolehlivost materiálu je přímo spojená s jeho mikrostrukturou, resp. s její stálostí při dlouhodobé exploataci. Předběžná práce je věnována hodnocení mikrostruktury litých variant niklových superslitin typu INCONEL . Tento materiál je komplexně legován na bázi Cr-Al-Mo-Ti-Nb- Zr. Analýza byla provedena u superslitin INCONEL 713 LC a INCONEL 792 - 5A a to jednak pomocí světelné mikroskopie, jednak pomocí elektronové mikroskopie, včetně chemické mikroanalýzy. Oby typy slitin byly sledovány ve výchozím stavu po odlití. (cs)
  • Nickel super-alloys represent important material for use in extreme conditions, namely thanks to their high resistance to heat, to fatigue fracture, to aggressive effects of combustion gases, etc. Long service life and reliability of this material is directly related to its microstructure, to its stability during long-time exploitation [1, 2]. The presented work is devoted to evaluation of microstructure of cast variants of nickel super-alloys of the type INCONEL. This material has been alloyed in a complex manner ion the basis of Cr-Al-Mo-Ti-Nb- Zr. The analysis was carried out for super-alloys INCONEL 713 LC and INCONEL 792-5A with use both of light microscopy and also electron microscopy, including chemical micro-analysis. Both types of these alloys were investigated in initial as-cast state
