  • The aim of this work was a study of structural characteristics of low-alloyed tungsten and molybdenum single crystals prepared by different technologies. The specimens of tungsten single crystals alloyed by molybdenum or tantalum or niobium were prepared by means of plasma-arc melting and electron beam floating zone melting. The specimens of molybdenum single crystals alloyed by tungsten or tantalum or niobium were obtained using the electron beam floating zone melting. All specimens were submitted to chemical and metallographic analysis. In terms of the macro- and microscopic observation was found, that specimens structure consists of subgrains of various order with the considerable disorientation angle of their boundaries. X-ray Laue´s method was used to the determination of crystallographic orientation of single crystals. The structural perfection of obtained single crystals was evaluated by way of X-ray topography %22scanning%22 method.

  • Cílem této práce bylo studium strukturních charakteristik monokrystalů nízkolegovaných slitin wolframu a molybdenu, připravených různými technologiemi. Vzorky monokyrstalů wolframu legované molybdenem, tantalem nebo niobem byly připraveny plazmovou metalurgií a elektronovým zonálním tavením. Vzorky monokrystalů molybdenu legované wolframem, tantalem nebo niobem byly získány elektronovým zonálním tavením. Všechny vzorky byly podrobeny chemické a metalografické analýze. Na základě mikro- a makroskopického pozorování bylo zjištěno, že struktura vzorků se skládá ze subzrn různých řádů se značnou úhlovou desorientací jejich hranic. Ke stanovení krstalografické orientace monokrystalů byla použita rtg. Laueho metoda zpětného odrazu. Strukturní dokonalost monokrystalů byla vyhodnocena pomocí metody rtg.topografie. (cs)
