Description
  • The AF analysis has shown the microstructure unit is directly related to the set of the AF-plates (laths) having high-angle interfaces predominantly. It corresponds to the unit crack path in the AF-microstructure. This value in the AF microstructure is 4-5m. While in the investigated upper B this distance is substantially greater and attains up to 20m approximately. The presented AF-microstructure is stable and is kept after hydrogen charging process. Increased deflection frequency of the AF plates (laths) to the attainment of higher resistance to hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) in this microstructure is found.

  • Analýza acikulárního feritu (AF) je spojena s mikrostrukturou latěk (desek) v převážné míře s vysokoúhlobou orientací. Tato má návaznost na jednotkovou délku trhliny. Tato odpovídá 4-5 m, zatímco v horním bainite (HB) je tato vzdálenost podstatně delší a dosahuje 20 m. Mikrostruktura AF je stabilní i po vodíkové expozici. Zvýšená frekvence deviací při šíření trhliny v případě mikrostruktury AF je důvodem její příznivé odezvy na indukované praskání vlivem vodíku (HIC). (cs)
