  • Příznivý vliv zjemnění zrna oceli je dán intragranulární nukleací acikulárního feritu (AF), který je ovlivněn disperzí jemných inkluzí. V austenitické matrici může být realizována nukleace AF právě na těchto intragranulárních inkluzích. V práci je podáno vysvětlení fyzikálně metalurgického mechanismu precipitace AF založené na vzniku tzv. ochuzené zóny na mangan (MDZ). Mikrostruktura této fáze reprezentuje perspektivní cestu ke zlepšení odolnosti proti praskání matrice vlivem indukovanému napětí vodíku. Princip spočívá v propletené, chaotické mikrostruktuře tvořené deskami (laťkami) AF, které komplikují jakékoliv šíření štěpné trhliny v matrici v superpozici s vodíkem. V práci jsou prezentovány praktické výsledky. (cs)
  • The beneficial effect of grain refinement consisting in facilitating the intragranular nucleation of acicular ferrite is influenced by dispersed fine inclusions in steel. In particular fine inclusions are effective in acicular ferrite nucleation. In austenite matrix the preferential acicular ferrite nucleation is realized at intragranular inclusions. Attempt has been performed to contribute to the elucidation of physical metallurgy mechanism of acicular ferrite precipitation based on existence of the manganese depleted zone. The microstructure of this phase represents a perspective way how to improve the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking. It is given by interwoven arrangement of acicular ferrite plates complicating any crack propagation, under hydrogen superposition as well. The results of application are presented.
